You'll be guided through exercise classes, breathwork and meditations, stretching and injury prevention, a chat room with other members to share information and support, interviews with health and fitness professionals, monthly challenges, and community meet-ups! Most importantly you'll find a place to be yourself and start or continue your health and fitness journey exactly where you're at. Welcome!

Lauren Powell is a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer in San Diego, California.

In over a decade of experience, Lauren has worked with clients ranging in age from 12-88. Along the way she has transformed many bodies but also attitudes toward exercise. Her sessions have been described as challenging, fun, goal oriented and educational. ​As a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, she can identify structural imbalances and provide hands-on assistance and correction when necessary. Lauren believes that everyone is an athlete and incorporates mindful movement practices to unlock potential her clients may not even know they have.​

The Remedy Fitness and Wellness was created with the goal of sharing quality exercise instruction and health and wellness classes while creating a fun, empowering community with our members!
